Blockchain Project: Moncler NFT and Metaverse Program

Moncler launched their first NFT collection in October 2022 with 7 NFT designs (2,070 NFTs total) created by Antoni Tudisco. These NFTs were launched in groups as part of their 70th anniversary celebration: 500 phygital NFTs were attached to a QR code with Moncler Maya 70 jackets, 1,500 Moncler Extraordinary Uni-Verse NFTs were launched for 500 participants in each respective city participating in Moncler's Extraordinary Expedition (London, New York, Seoul), and 70 NFTs were granted to particular friends of the Moncler brand. 

Extraordinary Uni-Verse is part of the Web3 roadmap for Moncler, with the expectation that their metaverse will reach 31 billion users by 2031.  

In February 2023, Moncler launched The Art of Explorers campaign for Moncler X adidas Originals. This campaign was launched as an immersive digital experience, with mixed-media sculptures of AI-generated explorers, and an NFT drop of The Explorer NFT. This limited NFT was launched with a supply of 3,000 free NFTs (with automatic airdrops going to holders of the adidas ALTS Drips NFT), available to adiClub members from the adidas website. The Explorer NFT (an artistic, digital study of the Moncler x adidas Originals NMD boot) is meant to have more uses in the future as the nature of the adidas Web3 ecosystem evolves and expands. 

Also in February 2023, Moncler launched the Art of Genius campaign (for the Moncler Genius collection), hosting an IRL event in London, where participants received an NFT (another creation from Antoni Tudisco): this NFT grants holders access to future Moncler Genius collections. To access this event, participants registered on the Moncler Genius website, and received a QR code. The QR code was scanned for entry at the event, at which point the automatic drop of the Moncler Genius token.

Moncler NFTs are held within a digital wallet located in the Moncler app.
