Blockchain Project: Hyperledger Cacti

Hyperledger Cacti is a pluggable interoperability framework to transact on multiple distributed ledgers. It was created from a merge of Hyperledger Cactus (now called Cacti) and Weaver. It features security by default, toll free (no transaction fees, issued tokens etc.) and low-impact deployment.

Additionally its designed for wide support, to prevent double spending, to preserve existing ledger features and more.
